At the conference, Wanda Micro-electronics’ entries distinguished themselves. With its two projects - the "TnPM Six-Improvement Best Practice: 'Pursue Excellence, Break Old Patterns, Work Deeply & Meticulously to Create Value'" and the "QCC Eight-Step Quality-Circle Best Practice: 'Film-Surface Defect Reduction - A Dual Boost in Quality & Output'" - the company won the First Prize for TnPM Six-Improvement Activities, the Outstanding TnPM Achievement Award and the Third Prize for QCC Eight-Step Quality-Circle Activities.
